Two buildings based on set 11371 (Shopping Street). The main idea behind this modular was to create an extension to complete the white building from the original set. The goal was to ensure the original modular doesn't just end abruptly at the corner bay window, but has a proper continuation. The entire structure is built on a rectangular footprint, angled diagonally relative to the baseplate.

Naturally, to build the complete setup (64x32 studs), you will need two copies of set 11371. Please note that the instructions provided here require 180 additional pieces (plus 13 spare parts that are already included in the original modular). I designed the entire layout so that no modifications to the original set are necessary. Visually, everything connects seamlessly, with the exception of the roof module. Because of this, I’ve included a mini-instruction manual for the original modular on the right to show you how to modify its roof. For this modification, you will need to add one Dark Bluish Gray 2x18 (or 18x2) plate.
For the collectors out there: any leftover loose bricks can be snapped together and stored inside one of the rooms in the new section of the building so they don't get lost. They are not needed for the build in these instructions.

Regarding the 32x32 build presented here, it features a Dark Orange corner townhouse with a connector between the buildings. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a record store. Right behind it is a staircase leading up to a notary's office, which spans two floors of the complex. Above that is the top floor of the white building, which doesn't have stairs leading up to it due to limited space. Instead, a symbolic door is placed there, leading back to the original modular. This room is depicted as being under renovation—I’ve detailed it with some exposed pipes, utility installations, and scattered tools. Finally, on the ground floor of this section of the building, there is a second-hand shop selling various household goods.
